Emma Aiken is experienced in working with adults, teenagers & couples suffering with depression, anxiety, family & relationship issues, phobias, grief, anger managment, substance abuse trauma and eating disorders.

Emma uses evidence-based treatments to assist her therapy, interpersonel process therapy, solution focussed therapy and mindfullness-based strategies.

Emma's approach is warm, accepting and compassionate, with a deep respect for clients from all backgrounds, cultures and nationalities.

She aims to base her treatment on a deep understanding of the needs of each individual client.
